Thank you for your business and for banking with Inland Community Bank. Today, we are pleased to announce the completion of the merger of Inland Community Bank with AmericanWest Bank. Since the announcement of our merger, we have become more confident that AmericanWest Bank and Inland Community Bank share the same values regarding customer service, care for employees and commitment to the community. We respect and appreciate the strong reputation that Inland Community Bank has built over the years and believe we share the same principles upon which Inland Community Bank was founded.

As the two organizations combine, you will continue to experience a business-focused community bank that provides exceptional customer service. With over $2.5 billion in assets, we are pleased to offer access to increased lending capabilities, expanded products and services and additional benefits inherent in the combined bank.

The operations and data processing systems of the two banks are scheduled to be combined in the first quarter of 2013; prior to that date you will receive more information about this transition. In order to ensure that all customers receive these important announcements, certain communications may be addressed to each separate legal entity even though they share the same address or management, so some customers may receive multiple copies of the information.

In the meantime, please continue using your accounts as you always have, including online banking, debit cards, checks, remote deposit machines, and all other products and services. You will continue to access Online Banking through the Inland Community Bank website (www.icbbank.com) until the systems are combined; however, if you would like to review AmericanWest Bank’s products and services, feel free to visit us at www.awbank.net or visit any AmericanWest Bank branch.

You will start to see changes in our signage immediately, but the faces in our branches will remain familiar. You have our commitment that we will communicate with you throughout the transition and will continue to provide you exemplary service every step of the way.
