Open for Business in Downtown Seattle
 On Tuesday, July 31, 2012 the Downtown Seattle branch opened for business, closing the geographic gap between existing AmericanWest branches in and around Seattle, bringing our total number of Puget Sound branches to 11 and 75 overall.
"Expansion in the heart of a Seattle was a natural step for us," said Scott Kisting, AmericanWest Bank President and CEO. "We already have branches around the City core, and this new location enables us to provide even better service to our growing number of Seattle customers, as well as assist in attracting new business."
Located at 1202 Second Avenue, the branch is street-level on the corner of Second Avenue and Seneca Street.
While the branch will specialize in assisting area businesses, it is a full-service branch with personal banking and mortgage lending services. It is open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday-Friday with a night depository and 24-hour walk-up ATM.
